Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Bibleside account and the data stored with it at any time.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Send it from the email address you sign in with, so we can find your account.
3. We delete the account and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account record: the time you gave permission for AI processing, and your subscription status.
• Your study history: every passage you opened.
• Your questions and the answers to them.
• Every report you made about a study sheet or an answer.
• The records that count your requests against the usage limits.

Shared study sheets are not deleted. Each one is stored once for every reader of that passage and holds no information about who asked for it.

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent. Your history, questions and answers cannot be recovered.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

The privacy policy lists everything Bibleside stores.
